About
Located at an altitude of 1040 m, the oligotrophic marsh Tăul Negru is a protected natural area with special plant species, thus requiring the conservation of its biodiversity. The peat bog, which in some areas reaches heights between 1.8 and 3 m, has a blackish pond in its central part.
