The wooden church "The Holy Archangels" from Săpâia

Erected in 1820, the wooden church dedicated to the "Holy Archangels" from Săpâia belongs to the category of small places of worship, with a porch, narthex, nave and detached apsis. The walls are made of solid oak beams, while the frame is covered with round shingles, provided with a slender bell tower. From the interior painting only a few fragments have survived. From a chromatic point of view one can see shades of red, black and yellow.
